Booking Fee's are £20 for all services
Booking Fee's are non refundable
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will require to pay 50% of the total service cost
A booking fee is made to secure your appointment on a specific time and date. If you cannot make your appointment, please contact us at your earliest convenience
Please understand all of our appointments are on a 1 to 1 basis. This means all Specialist Hair Colouring & Permanent Makeup appointments normally take up half our day due to the way we work
All colour services without a cut must be accompanied by a dry & style at an additional cost of £40. This allows both parties to confirm the results of your service

Loyalty Scheme

Receive 1 point for every £1 you spend with us. Once you've built up sufficient points you will receive £10 off your next service
Points will automatically be added to your client card upon checkout
Rewards cannot be used to pay for gift vouchers and store credits
Points are automatically removed if transaction is refunded or invoice is deleted
Points are automatically removed if not used with 1 year

Recommend A Friend

We would love you to recommend a friend who has not visited us before. When you do, your friend will receive £20 off their first appointment and as a thank you, you will also receive £20 off your next service

Consultations

20 minute in depth expert appointment for any service, to discuss all aspects of your appointment
Consultations will take place either on zoom or within the salon
A skin allergy test is recommended 48hrs before for new clients or clients who are pregnant
Consultations are charged at £15. If a service is booked during consultation, the fee will be deducted from final service price
